About Rosty
Where manga meets music. A platform that enhances your reading experience.
What is Rosty?
Rosty is a platform that lets you enhance your manga reading experience with the perfect soundtrack. Search for the manga you're reading, browse playlists created by the community for specific chapters, and immerse yourself in songs and OSTs that match the scenes you're experiencing—just like watching an anime with its original score.
How to Sync Manga with Music
Browser Extension (Recommended)
The best way to experience Rosty if you read manga digitally. The extension automatically detects the page you're reading and syncs it with the playlist's music in real-time.
Download Browser Extension →Web Version
Fully functional but requires you to manually indicate which page of the manga you're reading. Great for reading from different devices or physical manga.
Our Story
Rosty started in 2025 as a personal project born from my love for manga and music. While reading manga, I would often play music in the background to enhance the mood—whether it was an epic battle theme, an emotional soundtrack, or an atmospheric OST.
That got me thinking: what if music could be integrated directly into the manga reading experience? What if readers could create and share custom playlists that perfectly match the tone and emotion of each manga? After months of development, that idea became Rosty.
The platform uses SoundCloud for music integration, and I'm grateful to them for making this possible.
What's Next
Rosty is a solo project, and I'm constantly working on new features and improvements. I'm committed to gradually adding enhancements to provide the best possible experience for users, both on the website and through the browser extension.
Since I'm the only person behind the project, some updates may take a little time, but I'll continue working on Rosty and improving it over time.
Stay tunned!
