Rosty is an independent online platform that allows users to create and share playlists combining:

  • Music links embedded via official SoundCloud widgets
  • Manga-related information obtained through third-party APIs, including MyAnimeList

Rosty does not host, store, or distribute any audio files or copyrighted manga content.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 14 years old to create an account.

By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Accounts

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
  • Users are responsible for all activity performed under their account.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Users may submit text content, including:

  • Playlist titles
  • Playlist descriptions
  • Comments on individual songs

Users agree that:

  • They are solely responsible for the content they submit
  • They will not post illegal, infringing, or harmful content
  • They will not post content that violates intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable law

Rosty does not perform prior moderation of user-generated content. Rosty reserves the right to remove content if it violates these Terms, after receiving a valid notification or legal requirement.

5. External Content and Links

  • Rosty may display content or links from third-party services, including SoundCloud and MyAnimeList.
  • Rosty is not responsible for the availability, legality, or accuracy of external content.
  • Users access external links at their own risk.
  • Rosty is not affiliated with these third parties.

6. Copyright and DMCA-Style Takedown Procedure

Rosty respects intellectual property rights.

If you believe that content on Rosty infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to:

Your notice must include:

  • Identification of the allegedly infringing content
  • Proof of ownership or authorization
  • Contact information

Upon receiving a valid notice, Rosty may remove or disable access to the specific content. Rosty does not actively monitor user content and only acts upon receiving valid notifications. Repeated or serious infringements may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Content Removal and Moderation

Rosty reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts:

  • If required by law
  • If content violates these Terms
  • Especially after receiving valid complaints or legal notifications

8. Account Termination

  • Users may delete their accounts at any time from their profile settings
  • Rosty may suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations of these Terms

Rosty is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Use of the website is at your own risk.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts in Spain.
